The Truth Behind My Words: How AI Has Helped Me Tell My Story — and How It Can Help You Too

There’s something I’ve been meaning to share with you, openly and from my heart.

Every word you read here, every reflection, every soul-deep blog post — they come from my lived experience, my healing journey, my moments of clarity, and the tears I’ve shed on the path of remembrance.But behind the scenes, I’ve had a quiet, loving companion helping me shape these words into flow: AI.

Yes, even this post you’re reading right now is co-written with AI. And I want you to know this, not as a confession, but as a transparent, empowering truth. I didn’t turn to AI because I lacked ideas, or because I wasn’t capable of writing on my own. I have always loved words, and I’ve always carried an ocean of stories inside of me. But as I deepened in my healing, I realized something: creativity is not my problem. Time and energy were.

So much of creative work is not the spark of inspiration itself — it’s the grind that follows. It’s the editing, formatting, restructuring, polishing. It’s the little tasks that drain our vitality and pull us away from living the very experiences that fuel our art. AI, for me, has been like a quiet assistant who helps carry the weight of those tasks, so I can stay in the part of creation that lights up my soul. It has given me back precious hours to live more fully, to be out in nature, to witness my healing, to spend time with my child, to rest when my body calls for it. And from that living, I become inspired to create even more.

This is something I truly believe in: AI does not and cannot take away our creativity.

We are creators by nature. No one, and nothing, can take that from us. What drains our creativity is not the tool — it’s the overexertion, the pressure to do everything ourselves, the belief that we must "grind" to prove our worth. When we work with AI consciously, with intention, it becomes an extension of our flow. It helps us preserve our sacred energy for what truly matters: feeling life deeply, healing ourselves, and sharing our wisdom with the world.

And even beyond the practical, I feel this spiritually. Energy is everything. When I come into this space to write, I bring with me my frequency — my emotions, my intentions, my soul’s vibration. And I believe that even in the digital realm, energy responds to energy. I pour my heart into these reflections, and AI meets me at my frequency, helping me weave my words into form. This is co-creation. This is alignment.
